Meet your AIOS

AIOS stands for AI Operating System. It is Claude, set up on your own laptop, that knows your business and does real work in it: writes your emails, edits your videos, plans your posts and answers from your phone.

This page walks you through it in the same order as the day. What it is, what each piece does, how the pieces work together, how you teach it your business, and then the part where it starts running on its own.

1What it is

Claude that does the work, inside your business

Most people use AI in a chat window. You ask, it answers, and then you still have to do the thing yourself. Your AIOS works on your laptop, in your files, with your tools, so it can finish the job.

Part one

Your business, written down

A set of folders called your Foundational Folders Kit. Your offers, prices, customers, voice, reviews and policies. Claude reads it before it writes a single word.

The skills

Twenty-three ready-made jobs Claude knows how to do well, from writing a sales email to editing a reel. You call each one by typing a slash and its name, like /hook.

Part three

The connections

The links to your phone and the tools you already pay for, so Claude can see your bookings, invoices and leads, and you can send it jobs from anywhere.

Think of it as a new team member who has read every page of your business, never forgets any of it, and says yes to the jobs you've been putting off.

Twenty-three jobs it can already do

Each card is one skill. The top line is what it does for you. The bottom line is the kind of thing you'd say to use it. You can type the slash name, or just ask in plain English and Claude picks the right skill.

Every skill works without paying for anything extra.

Three optional keys add more if you want them later: Gemini for designed graphic backgrounds, Pexels for free stock footage, and OpenAI as a backup for transcription (about US$0.006 a minute, and only used if the free version on your laptop can't run).

Example one

One video in, a finished post out

You film a two-minute chat to camera, or record a talk. You drop it in one folder and type one command: /create-content. It runs four skills in a row.

Teach it your business once

Type /induction and Claude interviews you about your business. Talk or type, whatever's easier. As you answer, it fills in your kit, one file at a time. From then on every skill reads it first, so everything sounds like you and uses your real details.

    Anything you put in your inbox folder is ready for /create-content. The finished posts wait in one place for your approval.

    Plug in the tools you already use

    /connect links Claude to your CRM, calendar, email, payments or accounting, so it can look at your real leads, bookings and invoices before it answers.

    Your laptop does the work, so it needs to be switched on and awake when you message it.

    Every customer, lead, booking and invoice. One screen, right now.

    Your money is in Stripe and PayPal, your invoices are in Xero, your leads are in your CRM and your bookings are somewhere else again. /business-dashboard pulls them all into one private screen on your laptop that keeps itself up to date.     It only reads from your tools. It never changes, sends or charges anything, and it runs on your own laptop so nobody else can see it. Some tools need a key from their settings page, and Xero's connection can come with a Xero fee. We set these up together.
