For Sunshine Coast business owners
On the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Every tool you have tried so far has added to the pile instead of taking something off it. One day, in a room on the Sunshine Coast with nine other business owners, we build the whole lot on your business while you watch. You drive home with it running: answering your messages, booking your people in, chasing the ones who didn't book, and writing your content quietly in the background.
Watch this first. Four minutes.
Is this for you? 30 seconds · 1 of 5
What do you run?
Roughly what does it bring in a month?
Which is eating the most of your week?
Can you get to the Sunshine Coast on Monday 28 September?
Last one. Where are you at with it?
You're exactly who this day is built for.
Here is everything you walk out with, and what each piece would cost you to have built on its own.
The $497 deposit holds one of the ten seats. The remaining $1,000 is due in full by Monday 21 September, seven days before the workshop. Dietary requirements need to be in by the same date, otherwise general catering is provided. Your set-up pack comes through as soon as you book either way.
Bringing a second person from your business? Add them for $147, which covers their seat and catering. Add a second person
Then let's talk it through.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch. I'll tell you exactly what is covered on the day and whether it is worth it for your business. If it isn't, I'll say so.
Not yet, and I'd rather say so.
Once you're around five thousand a month these systems start paying for themselves quickly and the day makes complete sense. Below that the maths isn't there yet, and I won't pretend otherwise.
You can start now for nothing though. I'll send you three of my Claude skills: Stop The Slop for content that doesn't sound like a robot, Creative Assets for your design, and Sales & Marketing Genius for your follow-up.
No pitch and no sequence you can't get out of. Come back when you're ready.
Then this one isn't your day.
It only works in the room, so there is no point selling you a seat you can't sit in. Book fifteen minutes and I'll tell you when the next one is.
This one isn't built for ecommerce.
What we build on the day is for businesses that win work through enquiries, bookings and follow-up. Ecommerce needs a different setup and I'd be selling you the wrong day. Book fifteen minutes if you want to talk about what would suit you.

Results from businesses running it
Kelly, my revenue was three times more for that month than I did the whole year. And we spent zero dollars on advertising.
I felt like I was stuck in the 1970s with pen and paper. I give you my problems and you freaking fix it.
I paid two and a half thousand dollars to someone to design me a website. And then he blocked me. But this has exceeded all my expectations.
My amazing mentor, who has been the best thing ever for me in my 12 years. I am grateful for her genius daily.
As soon as you start talking to anyone about this, they want to sell you huge packages. I just want someone to sit down with me and let me pay them for a day's work.
I've only just outsourced it and I'm happy to stop it. I'm okay stopping it. Sign me up, girls.
Just need to let you know my bookings are going crazy with my promotions that went live on Monday. Thank you.
I think everything is going well, 6 new bookings this week which is amazing. I have referred a few colleagues onto you guys.
It's just like that weight lifted off. Because we've just been struggling like, are we compliant, are we not compliant. And just the time, and then the energy.
I loved your talk at the Aesthetics Business Masters. We literally signed up in the crowd. While you're talking, we're like, we're picking our time.
When I saw you on stage, I was like, yes, that needs to be me.
The resonance file has come up with far better copy than what's on my website, and I was wanting to redo it all.
I don't know how your brain does it with all this technology.
You guys are amazing. How lucky am I that I found you?
You're brilliant. Thank you.

Why it has not worked so far
You have probably watched a few videos, or paid for a course, or had a play with ChatGPT. All of that shows you what AI can do in general. None of it sits down with your booking software, your customer list and your actual mess and gets the thing working.
So it stays on the list. That is not you being slow. There is a real gap between seeing something done and having it done on your own business, and nobody in this market closes that gap for you.
Monday closes it. You tell us how your business runs, Kelly reads every word before the day, and everything gets built on your systems, with your customers in it, while you sit there and watch.
The bit you're actually afraid of
This is the thing most people worry about, and it is a fair worry. Everyone can spot AI writing now. It uses the same words over and over, it sounds like a press release, and it makes you look lazy.
So the document you write on Monday includes how you actually talk. The words you use. The words you would never use. How long your sentences run. Even where you put your emojis.
On top of that, one of the tools you set up has a single job. It reads anything before it goes out and takes out the words that make writing sound like a machine wrote it.
Kelly built that one because she had the same worry.
Who I actually work with
I'm not the person for someone trying to get a business off the ground. That's a different job and other people do it well.
What I'm good at is taking a business that already works and finding the next level in it. You've got customers. You've got revenue. You might even have a team. And you've got a ceiling you keep hitting, which is usually you, because everything still runs through you.
Or you pay an agency five grand a month plus ad spend, for a system that doesn't belong to you and metrics that never quite report on conversion, because agencies are sneaky like that.
And you have probably already paid somebody once. Most people in this market have. You got a document, or a login you never used, or in Michelle's case a bloke who took two and a half thousand dollars and then blocked her. What you set up on Monday sits on your own machine, in your own accounts, and it keeps working whether or not you ever speak to me again.
You'd rather own it. That's who this day is for.
As soon as you start talking to anyone about this, they want to sell you huge packages. I just want someone to sit down with me and let me pay them for a day's work.
Julia said that to me on a call before she booked. She had been quoted retainers by three different people and every one of them wanted her on a monthly plan. She did not want a plan. She wanted somebody to sit down with her for a day and sort it out. That is the whole reason this day exists in the shape it does.
And the strategy is the part people don't expect. Setting the tools up is the smaller half. The half that is worth the money is sitting with someone who has built five businesses and having them tell you which part of yours to point it at first, and in what order.
What you walk out with
Eleven things stop being your job. All of them get built on your business, on your laptop, and they are running before you go home. You own the lot. No monthly fee, no subscription to me, nothing to cancel.
You stop re-explaining your business to a machine that keeps forgetting it. A single document that holds everything about your business: what you sell, what you charge, who buys from you, and the way you talk to them. Your AI reads this document before it does anything else, which is why what it writes sounds like you and not like a stranger. Every other item on this list reads from this one document, so you write it once on Monday and never again.
You stop losing people who messaged you at 9pm on a Saturday. When somebody messages your Instagram or Facebook, emails you, or fills in the form on your website, this answers them in your words, at any hour, including at two in the morning while you are asleep. Because it has read the document above, it can answer real questions about your prices, your availability and what you actually do, rather than replying with something useless like "thanks, someone will be in touch".
You stop paying for the calls you never got to answer. A phone line that picks up when you are with a customer, driving, or closed. It talks to the caller out loud in a real voice, answers what they rang to ask, and puts them in your calendar. You get a written summary of the call afterwards.
You stop being the person who moves the appointment into the diary. The two items above are joined to whatever calendar or booking software you already use. So when somebody messages or rings, the appointment appears in your diary, at the right length, without you opening your laptop or writing anything down.
You stop watching good enquiries go cold because you got busy. Most people who contact you do not book the first time. Right now those people sit in your inbox until you forget about them. This sends them a series of messages over the following days and weeks, written in your words, until they either book or tell you to stop. This is the item that usually pays for the day on its own, because it makes money out of enquiries you already had.
You stop losing your Sunday night to editing and captions. You hand it a video off your phone. It cuts the dead air out, adds the words on screen, and drops in the extra footage between shots, in about a minute rather than the hour it takes you now. Then it writes the caption in your words and posts it to Instagram, Facebook and the rest on the day and time you tell it to. You do not need to pay for a separate scheduling tool.
You stop opening your laptop to a number you dread. Your email is separated into what genuinely needs you and what does not, and the replies to the ordinary ones are already written and waiting for you to read and send. You approve them. Nothing goes out without you.
You stop starting the day already behind on what happened overnight. Every morning you get one message listing what is on today, who is waiting on a reply from you, and what has gone past its due date. You read it with your coffee before you open the laptop.
You stop walking into meetings hoping you remember enough. Before a meeting or a sales call, you get a written page on that person and their business: what they do, what they are likely to want from you, and what to ask them. It does the searching you would have done yourself if you had found the time.
You stop guessing whether you actually made money this month. One page showing what you have sold, what you have actually made after costs, and which parts of the business are making the money. It updates itself as sales come in, so you can see where you stand today instead of waiting for your accountant or your next BAS.
You stop having to be at a desk for your business to move. Everything above is connected to Telegram, a free messaging app that works like WhatsApp. You hold the button down and talk to it, the same way you send a voice note to a friend. It goes and does the job and messages you back when it is done.
Which means you can run your business from the car park, the school pick-up line, or the couch, without opening a laptop.
$1,497 per person, or hold your seat with a $497 deposit and pay the rest by 21 September. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea included.

You wake up and your summary is already sitting on your phone. Three enquiries came in overnight. All three have been answered properly, in your words, and one of them has booked herself in for Thursday morning. The other two have already had a follow-up go out.
Your inbox has been sorted while you slept. The boring replies are written and waiting for you to read them and press send. The video you filmed on Sunday went out at eleven, captioned, without you touching it.
You are doing the work you actually love by twenty past nine, which has not happened in about four years.
That is the part people do not expect. Everyone thinks they are buying the clever bit. What they get back is the quiet.
How the day runs
If ten people turn up on Monday with nothing installed, the first three hours go on installing it. So we do that part in the week beforehand, by email, and you walk in with it already working on your laptop.
We email you a set-up pack. It contains one line of text. You copy that line, paste it into your computer where the pack shows you, and press enter. It installs itself while you make a cup of tea. If it does not work, you email us and we fix it before Monday. Then you answer a short set of written questions about how your business actually runs: what takes up most of your week, what gets done twice by two different people, and the job in your business that nobody wants to do.
Kelly reads every one of your answers before Monday, and plans what she shows you around what you wrote. That is why ten businesses is the cap. Any more and she cannot read them all properly.
You sit and watch it do the jobs on the list above, one after another, on the screen at the front. An email inbox being sorted and the replies written. A morning summary arriving. A page of background research on a customer, written in under a minute. A report that would normally take you an afternoon, finished while you watch.
These are real jobs off a real business, not a slideshow about what AI might do one day.
You open your own laptop and do it on your own business. You write the document about your business, and you connect it to the software you already use to hold your customers and bookings, whether that is GoHighLevel, Cliniko, Timely, Google Calendar or a spreadsheet. Kelly walks the room the whole afternoon, so when you get stuck you put your hand up and she sits down next to you. Nobody sits there quietly falling behind the room.
This happens in every room. Once people can see it working on their own business, somebody asks whether it could also write their quotes. Then somebody asks about their staff rosters. Then somebody asks about the report they have dreaded doing for years. We work through as many of those as the time allows, and you go home with a written list of what is worth setting up next in your business, in the order that makes you the most money.

Who's teaching
Kelly Wotherspoon · Lead Facilitator
Naturopath and multi-modality clinic owner for ten years before any of this. She now runs five businesses on her own, on the exact system you build on Monday, and gets invited around the country to teach business owners how to put Claude to work.
She builds it in front of you, screen shared, in the room. Nothing pre-baked, nothing theoretical, and her eyes on your business all day.
Before you book
If you read the left column and felt caught out, that is the whole reason the day exists. Nothing about it is your fault. Almost everything sold as AI education is the same lesson with your industry dropped in as an example, and it stalls in the same place every time because nobody sits down and shows you the steps on your own business.
Questions
If nothing changes
You are the one who remembers to chase the quote from Tuesday. You are the one who notices the email nobody answered. None of it is written down anywhere except in your head, which is why you can't switch off at night and why a week off costs you more than it gives you.
That is where your energy is leaking. Not the client work, you love that bit. The monotonous stuff you carry around all day. Monday puts every bit of it somewhere else.
